Refund Policy

Our policy is valid for 30 days. After 30 days from the date of purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error
  • Any product returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned goods. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed. Then, reach out to your bank. Generally, there is a processing time before a refund is completed.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift card will be sent to you by mail once we receive the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who purchased the item had it shipped to themselves to give to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over € 25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the item you are returning.
