WHY DO PRODUCTS TAKE 15 TO 20 DAYS TO ARRIVE?
We work with products priced well below the market average, which requires us to partner with international suppliers (from the USA, Europe, and Asia). Therefore, when a new order is placed in our store, we send the request to our suppliers, who then ship directly to your home.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING CODE?
We send the tracking code to you directly via email within 3 business days. This is because our suppliers (the manufacturers of the products) require this timeframe. If you have not received your tracking code after this period, please email us at themoonspotstore@gmail.com with your order number (e.g., #4321), and we will provide an update within 24 hours.

MY TRACKING CODE IS NOT SHOWING INFORMATION.
Yes, there might be no updates while the package is in transit between the origin and destination countries, as there is no movement to report. You will be notified as soon as it arrives in Brazil, and then updates will be provided for each movement, similar to domestic shipments.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES I NEED TO PAY FOR THE PRODUCT?
No, you only need to pay the regular product price. Our products are not subject to customs duties or postal fees. However, if any type of fee does occur, we will take responsibility and cover it.
